Venn is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join its health policy practice as a full-time lobbyist. Candidates must have 4+ years of experience as a congressional staffer or lobbyist with expertise in fast-paced health care advocacy, including legislative or regulatory work. Applicants should have an established track record of legislative or regulatory successes, managing multiple high priority workstreams at once, and have close working relationships with Congressional staff from both parties and staff in the Administration.

Responsibilities
Venn seeks an Executive Assistant to support two of our Principals on the Management Team. Administrative responsibilities include interfacing with clients and Venn staff, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, providing business relationship support, handling some research assignments, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.
This position will also work closely with the Vice President of Operations & Programs and the Senior HR Manager to ensure smooth internal processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations and contribute to a dynamic team.
This role combines strategic executive support with operational execution, with approximately 60% of the role focused on Executive Assistant responsibilities and 40% on Operations.
Experience
The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of full time, relevant previous experience, be a self-starter who is hard working and flexible, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, superlative organizational and decision-making skills, a high attention to detail, and a clear sense of confidentiality when conducting business on behalf of the firm.

Venn is seeking an Associate with familiarity and interest in critical infrastructure policy and programs, including critical minerals, energy, transportation, and national security. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of relevant experience to support our growing critical infrastructure practice group. A strong candidate will have a proven track record with federal policymaking, the political process, project management, and/or experience especially in one or more of the following issue areas: critical minerals, defense, energy, infrastructure security, environmental, transportation, manufacturing, and economic development.
