Noelle Montaño is a principal at Venn and executive director of the Employee-Owned S Corporations of America. She has over 20 years of experience working in the Washington policy arena. Over her 17 years at Venn, Ms. Montaño has provided in-depth expertise in tax policy, and political counsel to a wide range of clients including trade associations, corporations, non-profits and industry coalitions. Ms. Montaño was as an associate with the law firm Verner Liipfert, where she represented clients before Congress and the Executive Branch on a variety of issues including tax and economic commerce. Prior to her private sector experience, she also served as legislative director to former House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Bill Archer (R-TX). She holds a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Duke University.
